Estimated dollar value $0

Estimates based on The Points Guy's published average redemption values, which assume transferring to airline/hotel partners. Cash back or statement credit redemptions are usually worth less. Valuations change monthly and are not a guarantee of actual value received.

Enter your points or miles balance, pick your program, and see the real dollar value -- using The Points Guy's current per-program valuations, not a guess.

Frequently asked questions

Where do these valuations come from?

The Points Guy's (TPG) monthly valuations: Chase Ultimate Rewards at 2.05 cents/point (June 2026), Amex Membership Rewards at 2.0 cents/point (August 2026), Capital One miles at 1.85 cents/mile (August 2026), and Bilt Rewards at 2.2 cents/point. These change monthly, so treat them as estimates.

Why isn't my program listed?

We only list programs with a current, specific, independently cited valuation. For any other program (including Citi ThankYou Points, where we couldn't confirm a current TPG figure), use the Custom option and enter your own cents-per-point estimate.

Do points lose value over time?

Yes -- issuers change transfer ratios and redemption rates without warning. For example, Amex cut its Membership Rewards-to-Cathay Pacific transfer ratio from 1:1 to 5:4 on March 1, 2026 (25% more points needed for the same miles), and Chase changed its Ultimate Rewards-to-Hyatt ratio from 1:1 to 4:3 starting October 1, 2026 for most cardholders.

Does this valuation guarantee I'll get that much value?

No. These are average estimates for savvy travel redemptions (like transferring to airline/hotel partners). Cash back or statement credit redemptions are usually worth less -- often 1 cent per point.
