Calendar Template Generator
Pick a month and year to generate a clean, accurately-aligned printable monthly calendar grid — choose Sunday or Monday as the first day of the week, optionally add note lines to each day, then print or save it as a PDF straight from your browser. No signup, no watermark, nothing uploaded.
How it works
- Choose a month and year from the dropdowns — the grid handles leap years and every month length correctly
- Toggle whether the week starts on Sunday or Monday, and whether each day should show blank note lines
- Click "Print / Save as PDF" and choose "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog
Frequently asked questions
Is this calendar template really free with no signup?
Yes — no account, no email, no watermark. Pick a month and year, and the grid renders instantly in your browser.
Can I start the week on Monday instead of Sunday?
Yes — toggle "Week starts on" between Sunday and Monday and the whole grid re-aligns, not just the header labels.
Does this handle leap years correctly?
Yes — February automatically shows 29 days in leap years (like 2028) and 28 in non-leap years, calculated from the actual date rather than a lookup table.
How do I save it as a PDF?
Click "Print / Save as PDF", then in the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" (or "Microsoft Print to PDF" on Windows) as the destination instead of a physical printer.
Can I add notes to each day?
Yes — toggle "Show note lines" to add a couple of blank lines under each date number for handwritten or typed notes before printing.
Is my data stored anywhere?
No — everything happens in your browser tab. Nothing is uploaded to or saved on a server.
