Agenda templates are everywhere: Fellow lists more than 500 of them, and Google Docs, Word, Canva and Vertex42 all offer their own. The catch is what comes with them. Fellow's free plan is described by reviewers as closer to a trial and paid plans start at $9 per user per month, while the document templates leave the timing to you. Guides on running meetings repeat the same warning: topics without time limits expand to fill the meeting.
Meeting agenda template that starts with the basics
Enter a meeting title, date, start time, facilitator and a location or video link, then list your attendees. Rows can be added or removed at any time, and only the filled-in ones appear on the printed sheet.
Meeting agenda template with time allocation
Give each topic an owner and a number of minutes. The first item starts at your meeting start time and each following item starts when the previous one ends, so 15, 20 and 10 minutes from 9:30 become 9:30 to 9:45, 9:45 to 10:05 and 10:05 to 10:15. If the agenda runs past midnight, the time is marked with +1d. Times follow your browser's 12-hour or 24-hour setting.
A running total sits under the list and is compared with the meeting length you set. It stays green while there is room, turns orange once you have used 90% of the time, and turns red and larger when the agenda is longer than the meeting.
Printable meeting agenda PDF
Click "Print / Save as PDF" and pick "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog. The output contains only the agenda sheet, without menus, a watermark or a signup wall, and nothing is uploaded to a server.
Meeting action items template
Good action items have one owner and a due date. The action section has exactly those three fields: task, owner and due date. Add notes and decisions above it, and the printed page doubles as the minutes you can send afterwards.
Timed meeting agenda generator, no account
Everything happens in your browser tab, so there is no account to create and no data stored. If you want to keep the agenda, copy it as text or save the PDF before closing the page.
