Choose Open House as the type and use the open house field for the date and time, for example Sat, Oct 4 · 1–4 pm. It appears in the accent colour under the banner so it is the first thing a passer-by reads. Pick teal, ink or amber for the accent to suit your brand or the property.

Set the paper size before you print. The page-fit meter compares the flyer's height with a Letter or A4 sheet as you work, so you find out immediately if a long description or several photos will push it onto a second page. Green means it fits, orange means it is nearly full, and red means it is too long; shorten the description or drop an extra photo to bring it back.

Add one main photo and up to three extras. They are shrunk in your browser and placed on the flyer from memory, never sent to a server. Use pictures you own or have the right to use. Add your license number where your local rules require it, and tick the Equal Housing Opportunity line for United States listings; requirements differ elsewhere, so check what applies to you.
For rent flyer template
Switch the type to For Rent and enter the monthly rent as the price, for example $1,850 per month, since the price field is free text. You can write area in square metres or another currency just as easily. Tenants often ask about parking and lease terms, so put those in the parking field or the highlights list.
