OllTools, operated by LastMile Co., respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our tools to do the same.

Our Position

Nearly all OllTools tools process input locally in your browser and never transmit it to our servers. If tools that require temporary server-side file processing (e.g., file conversion, PDF processing, image processing) are introduced in the future, we will not review, endorse, or claim ownership of any content processed through them, and any uploaded files will be automatically deleted no later than 1 hour after processing.

If you believe content processed or temporarily stored through OllTools infringes your copyright, you may submit a notice to our Designated Agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. §512. Your notice must include:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it
  4. Your contact information (address, phone number, email)
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  6. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

False Claims

Submitting a false or bad-faith infringement claim may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
