OllTools provides free online tools (calculators, converters, generators, and templates) for informational and productivity purposes (“the Service”). The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site’s design, code, and original content are owned by LastMile Co. or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute the Site’s design or codebase without permission. Content you generate using our tools (e.g., a QR code, a document from a template) is yours to use.

6. Third-Party Advertising & Links

The Site displays advertising served by Google AdSense and may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or availability of third-party sites or services.

7. Embedding & API Use

Where we provide embeddable widgets or an API for a tool, you may use them subject to any additional usage limits or attribution requirements stated on the relevant tool page. We reserve the right to rate-limit or restrict access that we determine, in our reasonable judgment, to be abusive.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastMile Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including reliance on tool results.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the location of our registered address (Incheon, Republic of Korea), unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence requires otherwise.
