This Privacy Policy explains what information OllTools (“we,” “us,” “our”), operated by LastMile Co. (Republic of Korea, Business Registration No. 282-20-02613), collects when you use olltools.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information We Collect

Tool input data. Nearly all OllTools tools (text, calculator, generator, developer utilities) process your input entirely in your browser using JavaScript. This data is never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Tools that fetch third-party data. A small number of tools (for example, tools that look up public company or market data) send your search query to our server, which forwards it to the relevant third-party public data source and returns the result to your browser — this exists only to work around browser cross-origin restrictions. We do not log or retain the content of these queries beyond what’s needed to serve the request. If we introduce tools that require uploading a file to our servers (e.g., file conversion or PDF processing) in the future, we will update this section to describe how those files are handled and how long they’re retained before this Site relies on any such feature.

Automatically collected data. Like most websites, we automatically collect standard technical information when you visit: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, and referring URL. This is collected via cookies and similar technologies (see Section 3).

Contact form data. If you contact us, we collect the information you provide (name, email, message content) to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information above to: operate and improve the Site and its tools; diagnose technical problems; respond to inquiries; and serve advertising (see Section 3).

3. Cookies, Advertising & Third Parties

We use Google AdSense to display advertising on this Site. Google and its partners may place and read cookies on your browser, or use web beacons and IP addresses, to collect information for the purpose of ad personalization and measurement, as described in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

We may also use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the Site, which similarly rely on cookies.

Your choices: You can control cookies through your browser settings. If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you will be shown a consent banner before non-essential cookies are set, in accordance with our EU user consent practices.

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with: service providers who help us operate the Site (hosting, analytics, advertising — including Google), and where required by law.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your data, or to object to certain processing (including ad personalization). Users in the EEA/UK have rights under the GDPR/UK GDPR; California (and other US state) residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws; users in the Republic of Korea have rights under the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA). We respond to verified rights requests within the timeframe required by the applicable law. This section is a general summary and not a substitute for the specific text of each law — where a conflict exists, the applicable statute governs.

6. Children’s Privacy

OllTools is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

7. Data Retention & Security

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the Republic of Korea, and the automatically collected data described above may be processed there. Because we use Google AdSense and, where enabled, Google Analytics, some data may also be processed by Google in the United States or other countries where Google operates, under Google’s own data processing and transfer safeguards (see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services).

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date above.
