We built a face shape analyzer with no beauty score, on purpose

Search "face analyzer" and you'll find dozens of sites offering an instant "beauty score" against the golden ratio (1.618). Several claim "95%+ accuracy" for a category — face shape — that has no scientific ground truth to measure accuracy against in the first place.

Face shape analyzer, without the manufactured number

We built ours to estimate face shape (oval, round, square, heart, diamond, oblong) from actual measured proportions — forehead, cheekbone, and jaw width ratios, the same approach used in styling guides — and stop there. No overall "beauty score." An attractiveness ranking isn't a real, standardized measurement, and presenting one as if it were just adds a number that can affect how someone feels about their own face for no good reason.

What is my face shape, and what else we show

Beyond the shape estimate, you get your face's length-to-width ratio, eye-level alignment, eye spacing (close-set, average, or wide-set), and mouth width relative to your face — all plainly explained proportions, not a score out of 100.

Face analyzer online free, and actually private

Some competing tools say images are "processed and discarded," which usually means your photo was uploaded to a server first. Ours never uploads anything — face detection runs entirely inside your browser using Google's open-license (Apache-2.0) MediaPipe face-landmark model, the same technology running fully on-device. Refresh the page and everything is gone.

Face symmetry analyzer, not facial recognition

This detects the structural shape of a face — jawline, eyes, mouth — to estimate proportions. It doesn't identify who you are or check you against a database of people. Upload a photo or use your camera; nothing is saved either way.
