How it works
- Add each participant's name and timezone (three example participants are pre-filled — edit or remove them)
- The fairest time in the next 24 hours appears automatically, with each participant's local time and a 0–3 Pain Score
- A rotation alternative is also shown — a similarly fair time where a different participant gets the toughest slot, so you can alternate between the two across meetings
Frequently asked questions
How is the "Pain Score" calculated?
Each participant's local hour at the candidate time is scored 0 (9am–6pm, normal hours) to 3 (11pm–6am, the middle of the night) — the scores are summed for a "total pain" and the highest individual score is tracked separately for fairness.
What's the difference between the best time and the rotation alternative?
The best time minimizes total inconvenience across everyone. The rotation alternative is a similarly low-pain time where a different participant ends up with the least convenient slot — propose the best time this meeting, and the alternative next time, so the burden actually rotates.
Does this remember who had the bad time slot last time?
No — there's no account or server storage, so it can't track history across sessions automatically. Instead it always shows you two good options so you and your team can manually alternate between them.
Is my timezone data sent anywhere?
No — everything is calculated in your browser using built-in timezone data. Nothing is sent to a server.
